For privacy, visitors can enjoy relaxation cubicles and out-of-towners should keep in mind that going to a sauna is a primarily afternoon activity in Paris, with Sunday afternoons being the most crowded.

Most gay vacation spots cater largely to men, have little to no visible lesbian presence and offer few establishments dedicated to the lesbian community. Women will be delighted to discover that this is not the case in Paris. Parisian lesbians and visitors enjoy a multitude of venues and organizations that can be found throughout the city, but particularly in the neighborhoods of Marais, Grands Boulevards, Halles-Beaubourg, Saint Germain des Pres and Palais Royal. Palais Royal is home to one of the oldest lesbian bars in Paris, while the Bastille-Republique district has a delightful community bookstore with a distinct Sapphic flare. There is also a lesbian walking group and even a sex shop that caters solely to women.

Although Paris might be the most visited gay vacation destination in France, many other options are available throughout the country, including Avignon in Provence, Montpellier and Nice on the Mediterranian coast, Annecy in the Alps, Nantes in Brittany and the nude community beaches of Camargue. Severe Panic Attacks

Written on March 3rd, 2010 by Gregory Grayno shouts

For most people, a panic attack may be something that they experience a few times in their life, if in any way. However , a severe panic attack comes on all of a sudden and for no clear reason, and can even manifest intense physical reactions. Harsh panic attacks can be frightening, and can cause someone to suspect that they are about to die, as they frequently mimic heart attack symptoms. For those who experience panic attacks often, may be afflicted by a recognized ailment referred to as panic disorder.

Severe Panic Attacks Symptoms

A quick heart rate, trouble breathing, dizzy spells, nausea and hot flushes are all harsh panic attack symptoms. Different folk experience varying symptoms, which include sweating, faintness, trembling, headache, chest pain from anxiety and stresses, hyperventilation, abdominal cramping, chills, tightness in your throat and having trouble swallowing. In severe cases, people are reluctant to leave their homes, feeling that no other place is safe.

Frequently there is limited knowledge of the factors behind grim panic attacks or panic disorder. However , stress, genetics and changes in brain function could be the participatory factors. The changes a person experiences during a panic attack, is the body\’s natural reply to danger. By increasing heart rate and respiring, the body money itself to battle, or for flight. What leaves most scientists flummoxed is why these changes are experienced in situations where there is not any obvious danger.

Harsh Panic Attack Treatments

The good news is that proper treatment effectively controls and gets shot of all the leading indicators of grim panic attack. With medicines and / or psychotherapy, an individual is in a position to live a normal life. Some of the medicines used to control the symptoms which may often include depression are :

* SSRIs : These are medicines that fall in the category of mood suppress-ants called selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors. They include citalopram ( Celexa ), fluoxetine ( Prozac, Prozac Weekly ), escitalopram ( Lexapro ), sertraline ( Zoloft ), and paroxetine ( Paxil, Paxil CR ).

Contending For the Fullness of the Prophetic Anointing

Written on March 1st, 2010 by Philip Wongno shouts

We are very concern with the doctrine we are teaching. This is very good and biblical too. But often we overlook the significant of our experiences. Being a Christian is more than being a good man. We must demonstrate the power and authority to confirm the gospel we preach. Of course, our faith does not depend on our personal experiences but on the word of the Lord. But this must not be used as an excuse to not contend for the fullness of prophetic anointing as what we read in the book of Acts. Here are some ways we should be walking in according to the Word of the Lord to receive greater portion of the anointing.

First, we must have a clear vision for the fullness of the Holy Spirit. There is more. The Lord desires to give us His fullness. We must be in agreement with Lord in order to receive what He gives us. Just like salvation, the work has been fully completed by Jesus, but we have to respond with faith in agreement with the Lord in order to receive it. The same applies to the prophetic anointing of the Holy Spirit. It is a free gift but we need to receive it with a clear vision for the fullness. Do not be satisfied with a little bit of personal experiences. You know deep down in your heart that there is more. Continue to press in believing that you can receive the fullness as the Lord promised.

Second, to whom has more will be given. If we treasure what the Lord has given to us and we steward it faithfully, more will be given to us. So, while we contend for the fullness and do not settle for less, we are grateful for whatever the Lord has already released. Do not despise the day of small beginnings.

Thirdly, in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests made known unto God (Phil 4:6). Prayer and fasting is the way for the power of God to break forth. He gave us this great privilege to pray and cooperate with Him in releasing His blessings. Prayer and fasting do not earn us more blessings and they position and tenderize ourselves to receive and be in agreement with God. And while we are in deeper agreement with the Lord, our prayers release greater power.

Fourth, we must live the Kingdom of Heaven lifestyle. We do this by living according to what the Lord taught us in the Sermon on the Mount (Matt. 5-7). An old wineskin cannot carry new wine. Our inner man is reborn through the Holy Spirit. We must be holy as our Father is holy. We believe we can because we know that we are no longer a slave of sin but a slave of righteousness. We seek to live totally free of compromise. But when we fail, we do not get discouraged but we repent and try again wholeheartedly.

Finally, do not think that it is cool or fun to operate in the prophetic anointing. What comes with a greater portion of the anointing is reproach and stigma. We bear our own cross to follow Jesus. As we grow more mature and receive more of His anointing, we are honored to walk in more of Jesus\’ path. And His path is characterized by suffering. We are counted worthy to suffer with Him. This works for us in the sense that it keeps us humble and relying on the Lord. But more importantly this works for the eternal plan of God. How great is the glory to cooperate and partner with the God of the most high!

Busting Psychic Reading Myths

Written on February 27th, 2010 by Tana Hoyno shouts

The technique of psychic reading has often been a very questionable topic. Why, you may ask. Straight forward, there is no common sense and logical explanation behind the ways of a psychic reading — but then, many individuals have faith in its mystical ways.

We cannot deny that doubt has always encased the psychic realm; and the fact that details given toeach person typically gets altered somewhere along the way. So with this said, the fact is, not all that we hear about psychic ideas are legitimate.

So what is the reality behind the psychic reading concept? Let us now correct the wrong ideas of this psychic concept, so that everyone will see the clear picture once and for all. Here are some common psychic reading myths that have been lingering since time immemorial:

3 Common Myths About Psychic Readings:

1. PSYCHIC READING IS JUST MERE MAKE BELIEVE OR WISHFUL THINKING. They are saying that psychic readers know a lot of how a psychologist performs and that to please a person, you have to give a great psychic reading to him or her and that the particular person would then \”make believe\” that it is all authentic. Basically, a reading is all a \”state of mind\” — when an individual is told by a psychic about what\’s going to happen, an individual will tend to feel in that, and in turn, it will make the reading materialize. This information is so false! The truth of the matter is, a psychic reading can result in either positive or negative, and in either case, the psychic reader will explain it to the person being read, and give the communicating advice on what to do about the situation.

2. A PSYCHIC READING IS A COLD READING. When a person to be read enters the psychic\’s room, the psychic would then try to look at and evaluate the elements that he can with that particular person. Generally, a cold reading will involve making conclusions or lucky guesses about a person from what you can clearly observe. But so you know, psychics do not do cold readings. These people have special gifts that enable them to obtain information about a particular person through extrasensory means, even if the person is not in the same place with them!

3. THE RESULTS IN A PSYCHIC READING ARE JUST MADE UP. They say that psychics tell everything most likely to happen to a person, gives the condition on how it will be brought, and that if it does not come true, it is because the person did not follow the conditions. More like advertisements of shampoos. But just like the two earlier mentioned myths, this one is also not true. Psychic reading is based on the aura or the energy of the person. Only psychics can see these things. But if the reality of it is in question, then just try it to make the experience the answer.

There are many other myths about psychic readings, there are even some silly ideas like getting a reading will jinx your good luck, and so on. Skeptics can device hundreds of wrong beliefs if they must. However, they still could not disprove the reality and the reliability of psychic reading.

Unfortunately, simply because of the many misconceptions about the psychic realm, many of us do not believe in its ways. But then, come to think of it, there is no harm in trying to seek a psychic reading for yourself. As they say, the only way to uncover the truth, is to know it first hand.

Help For Dealing With Panic Attacks

Written on February 22nd, 2010 by Glenn Atkinsno shouts

I\’m able to clearly remember the 1st time I had a panic attack. It hit me out of the blue, without any of the caution symptoms that other people have had of an outstanding anxiety attack. It completely took my breath away, I thought that I was having a cardiac arrest and in the few minutes that the panic attack actually lasted I lived one or two lifetimes, and none of them were ones that I might wish to live again.

Since that time the panic attacks appear and vanish, infrequently they last for only a moment, other times I wonder if they\’re ever going to leave. If this seems all too familiar to you then take heart, here are some useful hints on working with panic attacks and making them more acceptable.

The very first thing that truly helped me with working with panic attacks was to realize that they were like a wave. If you\’ve ever spent any time at the ocean, and have observed surfers on the water you\’ll understand better what I am about to say. You should not fight your way through the wave. The wave is bigger than you and you will not be ready to fight it and come out the winner.

If you do fight the wave you\’ll just tire out and finish up coming out on the other side frazzled and unable to cope as well and recover quickly . What you need to do is to ride the wave of panic as if you were on top of it. Sure it\’s scary, and the wave is certainly there, but if you can stay on top of it then you\’ll find that it passes faster and you come out of it less frazzled.

Of course there are other methods of dealing with panic attacks, and many of them will be in a position to help you not only handle the Problems but to perhaps even remove the panic attacks from your life once and for all. Dealing with the anxiety when it overwhelms you is not something that any of us that have the attacks wants to address, but by trying the methods that help you best you can come off stronger and free from panic in the end.

Five Tips For Controlling Panic Attacks

Written on February 22nd, 2010 by Nolan Stokesno shouts

Everyone feels stressed and anxious often but for folk that suffer with panic attacks the issue can be much more significant. Folks who constantly have panic attacks can essentially have physical symptoms such as woozy spells, trembling, problems breathing, abdominal pain and so on. Some of us have even gone to the ER believing they were having a heart attack. The physical symptoms of anxiety would possibly not be life-threatening but they can be crippling, keeping folks from being productive at work, driving a car, or interacting with people. This article is going to offer you five tips for controlling panic attacks.

1. Learn the triggers :

Everyone is different and what triggers a panic attack for one individual may not trigger an attack for somebody else. If you can learn to identify the situations that trigger your panic attacks that will help you prepare for them and deal with them.

2. Avoid caffeine :

Coffee, soda, diet pills, and other products may contain caffeine. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system which may aggravate or potentially even trigger a panic attack.

3. Learn relaxation strategies :

Relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga, or breathing exercises will help you to remain calm and focused. In a panic attack you are overreacting to whatever your trigger is and learning to relax and remain targeted can help to put a stop to the overreaction.

4. Get plenty of sleep :

When you do not get enough sleep you may feel added stress which could make you more subject to a panic attack. Getting plenty of sleep will help to lessen stress and scale back the probabilities for causing a panic attack.

5. Exercise regularly :

Exercise releases endorphins into the blood. Endorphins are hormones that give you a natural feeling of euphoria. Regular exercise will also beef up your energy level, enhance your self-confidence, and help you to chill all of which will aid in reducing the chances of having a panic attack.

If you want to stop your panic attacks, you should read this: controlling panic attacks and this – Anxiety Attack Causes.
